The tour will introduce the history of the Sun Chau Ice Factory, both past and present, as well as its significance to local fishing in Cheung Chau. Participants will learn about the various types of ice and their uses, the ice-making process, and the operations of the ice factory. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit the ice storage area, experience ice shoveling, take photos, and more.
