2. Online Store – Purchases & Payments

2.1 Product Availability – Items in our online store, including sustainable products and handcrafted goods, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
2.2 Pricing & Payment – All prices are in HKD and are subject to change. Payments must be made via [list payment methods: credit card, PayPal, etc.].

2.4 Returns & Refunds – Due to the nature of our sustainable and handcrafted products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for damaged item claims.
2.5 Shipping & Delivery – We ship within Hong Kong and selected international locations. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tour Bookings & Cancellations

3.1 Booking Confirmation – Tour reservations are confirmed once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent with tour details.
3.2 Cancellation by Participants – If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date.
3.3 Cancellation by CC Glasshouse – We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather, insufficient participants, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
3.4 Tour Conduct & Liability – Participants must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides. CC Glasshouse is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage occurring during tours.

4. Donations & Sponsorships

4.1 Use of Donations – Donations made through our website will be used to support our sustainability initiatives, educational programs, and community projects.
4.2 Non-Refundable Policy – All donations are non-refundable. If you have made an error in your donation, please contact us within 48 hours.
4.3 Sponsorship Agreements – For corporate sponsorships, terms will be outlined in separate agreements.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

5.1 Content Ownership – All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by CC Glasshouse and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our permission.
5.2 User-Generated Content – If you submit photos, reviews, or other content, you grant CC Glasshouse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for marketing purposes.
5.3 Prohibited Use – You agree not to use our website for:
